COVID-19 Update: Centre Up Forty-Three; Clinton Down One, Lycoming Up Ten
HARRISBURG, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Health Wednesday confirmed as of 12:00 a.m., September 30, that there were 1,153 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 158,967. All 67 counties in Pennsylvania have cases of COVID-19.
There are 8,142 total deaths attributed to COVID-19, an increase of 19 new deaths reported.
Local counties’ numbers: Clinton County, down one to 207; Centre County, up 43 to 2,710; Lycoming up ten to 709. Other area counties include Cameron, 8; Clearfield, 330; Potter, 29; and Union, 472.
There were 4,303 Clinton County residents with negative test results, an increase of 13 from Tuesday.
