Mounties Best Lady ‘Cats, 3-1
PHILIPSBURG – Central Mountain split the first two games with the Mounties in high schools girls’ volleyball with P-O taking the first game, 25-16, then CM turned the table for a 25-20 win in game 2. P-O would step up the pace and take game 3 25-13 and game 4, 25-7 for the win.
Setting the pace for Central Mountain were: Loni Duck, 12 assists and 14 digs; McKenzie Hanna had 7 kills, 2 assists and 10 digs; Ali Lucas had 2 assists, 3 kills and 9 digs; Evie Rembold with 5 assists, 4 digs; Emily Bartlett 2 aces, 8 digs and Abby Brinker had 13 digs.
Next up for the Lady ‘Cats is a home game on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 when they will host Penns Valley with the JV game at 6 p.m. and the varsity game to follow.
