Last Week for Lock Haven’s Farmers Market

LOCK HAVEN – The city’s farmers market, dubbed Market on Main, will be shutting down after a four-week run. City Hall has announced the final market will be held Saturday, Aug. 15.

The Saturday event within the city’s pedestrian mall had begun on July 25, part of a city effort to attract pedestrians into the downtown during the coronavirus pandemic.

**Our Interns are Leaving Us! As we wish our interns great success in their future, their exit means the end of the city’s Market on Main Farmer Market. The last Farmers Market will be this coming Saturday, August 15. We’ll have our usual items, and we hope that everyone will turn out to support the final week of our own fresh produce sales and support our local retailers and restaurants this coming Saturday.**
