Trevor Confer Comes to Main Street Stage

LOCK HAVEN – Local musicians Trevor Confer and Dakota Patchen will make their Lock Haven Summer Concert Series debut on the Grove & Main Street Stage this Friday at 6 p.m.

Playing and writing music together for 12 years, this duo mixes together pop/blues with hard rock to bring a show that is sure to entertain any crowd. Formerly playing in Williamsport-based rock band, Southbound, Confer recently put together several talented local musicians to form Caution Blue, playing venues all over Pennsylvania and the tri-state area, and opening for bands such as Rusted Root, and Dumm.

For more information on the duo, or to check out Caution Blue, find them on Facebook at facebook.com/CautionBlue101.

The public is invited to attend this free summer concert. This year, the concerts traditionally held at Triangle Park, have been moved to Main and Grove Streets, to allow outdoor diners and shoppers the opportunity to enjoy music on Main Street, and provide ample space for residents to practice social distancing. Due to restrictions from the Green Phase, there will be no rain location for the concert.

While the committee is excited to offer these free concerts this summer, residents should remain vigilant to the threat of COVID-19 which has claimed the lives of more than 150,000 Americans and more than 7,000 Pennsylvanians including five in Clinton County. In order to successfully continue the summer concert series, residents and guests are to follow CDC and DOH guidelines in order to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19 including social distancing between non-household members while attending the concert, wearing masks, and sanitizing hands frequently. To that end, the city will provide hand-washing stations at each of the summer concerts. Anyone who is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or is included in a higher risk population are encouraged to keep their health and the health of their fellow residents as their primary interest and not attend.

The 2020 City of Lock Haven’s Summer Concert Series is sponsored by Bear Country Radio WQBR, Lock Haven Express, The Record, Clinton County, Clinton County Community Foundation, Clinton County Arts Council, Clinton County Economic Partnership & Visitor’s Bureau, Loggio Giosue Carducci Lodge # 146, Avis Building Supply, Curt’s Smokin’ Ribs, Fairfield Inn & Suites, First Quality, Geisinger, Haffley Insurance, Horizon Federal Credit Union, Jersey Shore State Bank, Kliney’s Home Furnishings, Miller’s of Mill Hall, Muncy Bank and Trust Company, Murray Motors, Pizza City, River Valley Internet, Stella A’s Bar and Grill, UPMC Lock Haven Hospital.
