Fireworks Scheduled for Sunday Night along the River

WOODWARD TOWNSHIP – The Woodward Township Recreation Committee has announced that the fireworks planned for the since canceled Riverfest will instead be set off Sunday night, following the Lock Haven Summer Concert performance featuring Inca at the Corman Amphitheater.

The township committee made the announcement on social media on Saturday:

We would like to thank everyone who has purchased a duck ticket so far. We have decided to extend the sales for one more day. Tickets will be available Sunday at the City of Lock Haven’s Summer Concert on the Floating Stage.

We will draw the winning tickets at the Floating Stage during intermission of the concert. Tickets will be available for purchase up to the intermission. $5 per ticket and a chance to win $1,000 for the grand prize.

Fireworks will follow the summer concert on the river Sunday night. Fireworks at 9:30PM on the river in Lock Haven.

The Sunday concert is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. The Santana tribute band Inca is to perform until 9 p.m., fireworks to follow at 9:30.
