Still Inching Up: Clinton COVID-19 Cases to 31; Centre County to 96; Lyco Jumps to 68

HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Department of Health, in its Thursday update, confirmed as of 12 p.m., April 30, that there are an additional 1,397 positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 45,763. The department also reported a new death total of 2,292, an increase of 97 from Wednesday.

Clinton County cases moved up one to 31, Lycoming moved up seven to 68 and Centre County moved up one to 96. Other counties adjoining Clinton: Clearfield, 16; Cameron, 1; Potter, 4; and Union, at 36.

There are 175,602 people who have tested negative statewide to date. That number is 238 in Clinton County.
