Lady ‘Cat Volleyball Steam Rolls Shamokin, 3-0
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – The Lady Wildcat volleyball squad continued to pick up momentum tonight as they steam rolled Shamokin 3-0.
The Lady ‘Cats opened up with a 25-11 effort in the first game then followed up with a 25-18 victory in game 2, then closed the lid on the contest with a 25-15 win in the final game.
McKenzi Hanna had 3 aces on the night with Taylor Kinley picking up 2 more. Abby Brinker, Abby Lee, Evie Rembold, Mallory Eck and Olivia Pierson all had one kill each.
Kyleigh McDermit and Rembold had 8 kills each with Felicia Baney recording 5 kills and 3 kills for Hanna. Eck, Loni Duck, Ali Lucas and Reese Doyle all had 2 kills each for the Lady ‘Cats.
Central Mountain will next host Hollidaysburg on Thursday, Oct. 3, 2019.
