Several Wildcats Shine at PHAC Meet

Sadie McCaleb placed first in girls’ javelin, setting a new CM record with a throw of 133.7′.

SUNBURY – Four Wildcats placed in the annual Pennsylvania Heartland Athletic Conference track and field championships held at Shikellamy High School.

Amelia McCloy placed first in the girl’s high jump, clearing the bar at 5’6″ which set her personal best and a new Central Mountain school record as well as tying the PHAC meet record.

Sadie McCaleb finished first in girls’ javelin, also set her personal best and a new school record for Central Mountain with a throw of 133.7′.

Alyssa Laughner placed second in the girls’ 1600M run with a time of 5:22.34. Laughner also placed fifth in the 3200M run stoping the clock at 2:08.07.

Corbin Green finished seventh in the boys’ 1600M run crossing the line in 4:37.14.
