Strouse Leads PSU-Altoona in 2-0 AMCC Win over D’Youville

ERIE – Central Mountain grad Emily Strouse led the Penn State-Altoona softball squad in a 6-2 Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference playoff win over
D’Youville College.

Strouse faced 26 batters in her 7 innings of work going the distance for for the Lady Lions, allowing only 4 hits and striking out 2 batters in the process.

Strouse is now 14-3 on the season working 141.2 innings, collecting 45 strikeouts with a 1.98 ERA thus far.

Next up for Penn State-Altoona is a 9 a.m. meeting with Penn State-Behrend tomorrow, Saturday, May 5, 2018.
