Wildcats Encounter Green Dragon Buzz Saw

LEWISBURG _ The Wildcat boys’ tennis team took one on the chin tonight when they traveled to face the Green Dragons. Lewisburg swept the Wildcats in straight sets.

The Green Draqgon’s Carter Casimir took down Cm’s Matt Schubach, 6-1, 6-0 in No. 1 singles while Lewisburg’s Drew King defeated Wildcat, Raahi Chapla, 6-2, 6-2 at No. 2 Singles. At No. 3 sinless it was the Green Dargon’s AJ Swanson picking up a 6-1, 6-3 win over Wildcat, Morgan Talbot.

IN No. 1 doubles action it was Peter Kinnamon and Zach Higgins picking up another win for Lewisburg win over the Wildcat duo of Gavyn Walker and Tyler Cygan, 6-3, 6-2. At No2 doubles it was more of the same with Lewisburg’s Cole Temple and Sawyer Fisher defeating CM’s Ujjval Adroja and Ryan Hall, 6-0, 6-1.

The loss takes Central Mountain to 5-5 overall and 3-3 in the PHAC.

The Wildcats will host Shikellamy on Monday, April 23, 2018.
