Lady Wildcats fall to Tyrone 77-33

TYRONE – It was another tough road trip for Central Mountain (0-16, 0-7) as the Lady Wildcats fell to Tyrone 77-33.

The Lady Golden Eagles jumped all over CM earl in the game and held a 26-4 after one quarter and rolled that into a 46-12 lead by the break. Central Mountain did attempt to regroup in the second hals by keeping pace with the hosts in the third quarter but Tyrone tyrone edged the Lady ‘Cats 16-12 and extended their lead to 62-24.

In the fourth quarter, the lady Golden Eagles kept up their effort to finish the final period 15-9 over Central Mountain and the 77-33 win.

In all, nine Lady Wildcats put up points for Central Mountain led by Taylor Fletcher with 8, Alyssa Fisher with 5 along with Hayley Bauer, Madison Courter and Marissa Moyer with 4 points each. Summer Flanagan scored 3 points with Morgan Wetzel and Talyn Fredericks scoring 2 points each. Katie Burrows had a free-throw to her credit for 1 point.

Central Mountain will right back at it tomorrow, Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2018, when they host Shikellamy.
