Stauffer Honored with Hall of Fame Recognition
CAMP HILL – Abe Stauffer, longtime successful soccer coach at Lock Haven and Central Mountain High Schools, was honored recently with induction into the Pennsylvania Soccer Coaches Association Hall of Fame.
Stauffer’s son Zach (who played for him at Central Mountain) and his wife, Coral, were in attendance for the special honor.
The PSCA honors and awards banquet was Jan. 27 at the Radisson Hotel Harrisburg in Camp Hill. 135 high school boys and girls soccer players were recognized for making All-State. Eight coaches were honored for winning State Coach of the Year. A total of 467 people attended the banquet.
