Help Sought in Locating Parents of Found Child

LOCK HAVEN — Local authorities are asking for assistance in finding the person responsible for a 2-year-old child found in the city’s hill district this afternoon.

According to a message from Clinton County District Attorney Dave Strouse, state police and the county’s Children and Youth Services have located a 2 year old white male child in the area of Susquehanna Health off Bellefonte Avenue in Lock Haven. The child was found with a gray kitten. The Strouse message, posted on Facebook , asks the public to contact 911 or the Communications Center with information or help locating this child’s parent or guardian.
