Plenty of Ice in Chapman
NORTH BEND – The ice in Chapman Township caused quite a stir this past Saturday and Sunday. The fear was that the jammed ice would cause nearby areas to flood. Township workers used a backhoe to remove and break up ice from the River Road in Hyner. Photos Courtesy of Chapman Township
