Haffley Firm Adds Randecker to Staff
LOCK HAVEN — The Haffley Insurance Agency on Woodward Avenue in Dunnstown has marked its 45th year in business with the addition of Tom Randecker as a financial associate.
Randecker, a Lock Haven native, has 30 years in financial work, the previous 18 with the State College firm of Wieken and Associates.
A Nationwide agency, Haffley Insurance was started by Ron Haffley who purchased the business from Dean Royer in 1969. The staff has grown to include associate agents Mike Haffley and Chris Haffley, licensed staff member Margery Miller and officer manager Janell (Haffley) Myers.
Agency founder Ron Haffley said the addition of Randecker allows the firm to expand investment opportunities for its members, in addition to its traditional services of auto, home, life and business insurance.
Noting recent exterior and interior improvements at the agency in Dunnstown, Haffley said the Randecker hiring is part of the firm’s continued expansion over the years to serve central Pennsylvania custsomers.
Randecker is a graduate of Lock Haven High School, where he was a multi-sport standout, and the former Williamsport Area Community College. He and his wife, the former Paula Johnson, are the parents of three sons.
