Two Lock Haven Residents Charged with Selling Percocet
LOCK HAVEN — State police have made another drug arrest in Lock Haven, this one late this afternoon on Bellefonte Avenue, this one alleging Percocet was being sold from a car.
Two Irwin St. residents, Robert Fuller and Catherine Michelle Seid, were arrested in the parking lot of Puffs Express at Bellefonte Avenue and Commerce St., charged with possession with intent to deliver controlled substances.
Trooper Andrew Mincer reported that while on “aggressive patrol” suspicious activity was observed at the Puff location. His report said that further investigation and an interview with Seid “lead to the observation of text messages indicating her attempting to sell controlled substances.” It was discovered, police allege, some 18 to 20 people had been contacted by Seid by way of text indicating she and Fuller had Percocet for sale. Mincer wrote that through a further interview approximately 97 such pills, not prescribed to either of them, were in their vehicle.
The prescription was reported by police to have been filled earlier in the day, one that contained 120 pills. Mincer’s report alleged that Fuller and Seid “had already sold and made delivery of 23 Percocet pills earlier in the day to one individual.” The two are to be charged with possession with intent to deliver and other related drug offenses following further police investigation, the investigating officer said.
The state police release encouraged community members to provide any information of criminal activity to police and “Those wishing to participate in criminal activity should be aware that PSP and other local law enforcement will continue these aggressive patrol efforts in Clinton County.”
State troopers had made separate drug arrests on E. Church St. in Lock Haven, one in February and one in March, as part of their stepped up patrol efforts. Recent weeks had seen a series of drug raids all across Clinton County.
