Miracle on Hogan Boulevard
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP — Gas prices in Clinton County have dropped below the $2 level for what is believed the first time since the national economic downturn in 2009. Hogan Boulevard Kwik-Fill manager Jennifer Stark posted the $1.99 figure on Wednesday and dropped the diesel cost today. Experts attribute the drop to supply and demand, too much oil and not enough demand. The national average is listed at $1.93 a gallon. In Pennsylvania the average price is $2.10, compared to $2.37 a year ago.
