Obituary Richard I Baughman, 93

Richard I Baughman, 93 of Stone Ridge Lane, Mill Hall, PA passed away January 25, 2026, at the Gatehouse Hospice in Williamsport. Richard was born in Lock Haven, October 26, 1932, to the late Floyd and Mable Cooney Baughman. Richard was preceded in death by his first wife, Beryl Baney and his second wife, Betty Hoy.

Richard was a graduate of the Lock Haven High School and had served in the US Navy. He had worked most of his life at the former Hammermill Paper Company, where he worked and retired from the maintenance department. He had been a member of the Beech Creek Legion and the Citizen’s Fire Company in Lock Haven.
Survivors include a daughter, Kimberly D. Toner of Lock Haven and Stepdaughter, Deanna VanGorder of Castanea, also surviving are several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his companion, Sandy Warner of Lock Haven.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents and a stepson, Leo Vuocolo.
Private services will be at the convenience of the family.
