Lady Wildcats Finish Runner-Up at Mike Flanagan Memorial Tournament

MILL HALL – After opening the season with a 45–36 win over Central High School on Friday night, the Central Mountain Lady Wildcats returned to their court on Saturday for the championship game of the Mike Flanagan Memorial Tournament, falling to Brookville 43–34 to finish second.

Central Mountain’s Camdyn Weaver was named to the All-Tournament Team, while Reagan Weaver earned the tournament’s All-Defensive Player award.

The tournament was established to honor and remember longtime Clinton County Economic Partnership CEO and community supporter Mike Flanagan, who was deeply involved with the Central Mountain girls basketball booster club and a strong supporter of the program. Presenting the awards were Flanagan’s wife, Laurie Flanagan, and longtime friend and co-worker Julie Brennan.
