KCSD Installs New Board Members, Lynch Elected Board President

BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – Magistrate Heidi Wright of Magisterial District Court 25-3-02 administered the oath of office Thursday night to three new Board Members of the Keystone Central School District.
Assuming their new roles are John Miller representing Region VII of Lock Haven’s 4th and 5th Wards, Mary “Midge” Kramer representing Region IX representing western Clinton County, and Shelby Bohartz representing Lock Haven’s 1st Ward, Woodward Township, and Colebrook Township.
During the meeting, Board Member Elisabeth Lynch was nominated and elected to serve as the School Board President. Lynch was nominated by newcomer Shelby Bohartz.
Newcomer John Miller was nominated and elected to the position of School Board Vice President.
Assuming the role of Career and Technical Center President is Board Member Chris Scaff with newcomer John Miller serving as Vice President. Mary Kramer, and Tom Cannon were nominated for the President role, and Mary Kramer was nominated for the role of President.
Elisabeth Lynch was elected to the position of liaison to the Pennsylvania School Board Association (PSBA).
School Board Secretary Christine Taylor was named the PSBA Employee Relations Contact.
Elisabeth Lynch was elected to the role of Representative to the Central Intermediate Unit (CIU) #10.
At the conclusion of the Reorganization Meeting, a brief discussion took place regarding adding a Work Session to the December 2026 School Board Meeting Schedule as opposed to a combined Reorganization and Voting Meeting.
