Renovo Police Department News:
The Renovo Police Department has charged Monica Papoutsis, 58, with five counts of retail theft following multiple incidents at the Puff-N-Snuff store located at 700 Erie Avenue in Renovo. According to police, between October 19 and October 29, 2025, Papoutsis stole numerous energy drinks from the store valued at a total of $87.35 on five separate occasions. She has been issued five summonses through Magisterial District Court 25-3-03.
