Police Blotter – PA State Police Lamar Barracks
Dog Law Violation
PORTER TOWNSHIP— On October 20, 2025, at 7:59 a.m., a 52-year-old male resident was charged with two counts of Dog Law violations for not controlling his two dogs and allowing them to cause damage to a neighbor’s property on Furnace Road.
Motor Vehicle Crash
GRUGAN TOWNSHIP— On October 19, 2025, at 8:55 p.m., a crash occurred as Dylan Krivosky, 30, of Mill Hall, was traveling east on SR-120 just east of Strawberry Lane. As Krivosky was traveling on SR-120, a deer entered the roadway from the south. Krivosky struck the deer with the front driver’s side portion of his vehicle, which caused disabling damage. Krivosky was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, and no injuries were reported.
Criminal Mischief/Disorderly Conduct
MILL HALL— Over a two-day period, two known juvenile males caused intentional damage to mailboxes and vehicles in Mill Hall Borough, Lamar Township, and Porter Township by throwing rocks and pumpkins from their moving vehicle. The suspects, driving a 2009 Chevrolet Impala, committed the acts both during the day and at night.
On October 17, 2025, the suspect vehicle was located, the juveniles were identified, and the vehicle was seized by PSP Lamar. Charges will be filed at a later date following the collection of all pertinent information.
PSP Lamar requests that anyone who believes their property was damaged by rocks, pumpkins, or a baseball bat related to these incidents contact PSP Lamar at 570-726-6000 and ask for Trooper Fusco.
Harassment w/Physical Contact
RENOVO— On October 19, 2025, at 7:46 p.m., PSP Lamar responded to a domestic altercation in which two adults, a 40-year-old female and a 58-year-old male, both of Renovo, reported throwing items and hitting each other in the area of Saint Clair Avenue. Both individuals were cited with Harassment through Magisterial District Court 25-3-03.
Harassment w/Physical Contact
WOODWARD TOWNSHIP— On October 18, 2025, at 11:18 p.m., PSP Lamar responded to a report of harassment involving physical contact at 213 Shirk Addition Lane. The victim reported that physical contact had occurred during the incident. As a result, citations were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-01 against a 16-year-old and a 12-year-old, both from Lock Haven.

CRAWFORD TOWNSHIP— On October 18, 2025, at approximately 7:40 p.m., PSP Lamar responded to a harassment incident in the 3000 block of Rauchtown Road. Both individuals involved—a 64-year-old female from Jersey Shore and a 40-year-old female from Jacksonville, Fla.—reported unwanted physical contact. As a result, both parties were cited for summary harassment through Magisterial District Court 25-3-01.
Motor Vehicle Crash
GREENE TOWNSHIP— On October 18, 2025, at 8:12 p.m., a crash occurred on Pine Logan Road involving a 2001 Dodge RAM 1500 hauling a trailer loaded with an ice maker. The unidentified driver of the vehicle was traveling southbound when they failed to negotiate a slight left-hand curve, causing the truck to leave the roadway and become stuck in gravel along the berm.
The vehicle continued off the roadway and struck a tree on its passenger side before the trailer became dislodged and came to rest against another tree. The driver then oversteered in an attempt to re-enter the roadway, causing the truck to spin and travel broadside across the road. The front end of the vehicle ended up facing northbound while still moving southbound. The truck ultimately struck a utility pole, coming to a final rest. No injuries were reported as a result of the crash, and charges for traffic violations are pending toxicology reports.
Motor Vehicle Crash – Commercial Vehicle
GREENE TOWNSHIP— On October 17, 2025, Wilhelm E. Leis, 37, of Warfordsburg, Pa., was driving a 1994 Peterbilt 379 eastbound on I-80 near mile marker 185.7 when he heard a “pop” and noticed a red glow and smoke. Leis pulled over onto the right shoulder, and the truck quickly became engulfed in flames. Leis was able to exit the vehicle safely. The truck sustained disabling damage, but no injuries were reported.
Retail Theft/Shoplifting
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On October 16, 2025, at approximately 4:58 p.m., a retail theft occurred at Walmart in Mill Hall. Charges are pending for a 24-year-old male from Jersey Shore.
Harassment w/Physical Contact
RENOVO BOROUGH— On October 13, 2025, at 2:20 p.m., PSP Troopers responded to the report of a physical altercation between two parties at 1343 Huron Avenue. Through investigation, it was determined that Brian Marseglia, 37, of Renovo, allegedly pushed a minor victim and came into contact with his face. Charges for Harassment were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-03.
Terroristic Threats
BEECH CREEK TOWNSHIP— On October 12, 2025, at 11:05 p.m., PSP Lamar responded to a report of Terroristic Threats that had occurred on Eagle Valley Road. Troopers’ investigation revealed that a 14-year-old sent a message via Snapchat that rose to the level of Terroristic Threats. Charges were filed for Terroristic Threats and Harassment through the Clinton County Juvenile Probation Office.
Residential Burglary
PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP— On October 12, 2025, at 1:42 a.m., PSP Lamar Troopers were dispatched to a burglary in progress on W. Cardinal Drive. On the scene, it was determined that there was no burglary, and no crimes were committed.
Theft from Motor Vehicle
WOODWARD TOWNSHIP— On October 11, 2025, at 9:01 a.m., PSP Lamar responded to Woodward Avenue for a report of theft from a motor vehicle. A 38-year-old male victim of Lock Haven reported that sometime overnight between October 10 and October 11, an unknown actor accessed his unlocked vehicle and stole multiple items, including Pokémon cards, Suboxone, and a Chime bank card. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call PSP Lamar at 570-726-6000.
Motor Vehicle Crash
GREENE TOWNSHIP— On October 11, 2025, at 3:14 p.m., a crash occurred on I-80 West near mile marker 189.9 when Joseph Gross, 69, of Indianapolis, IN., reportedly fell asleep while driving in the left passing lane. His Toyota Tacoma veered off the left side of the roadway and struck the end of a guide rail with the front driver’s side. The truck sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Gross suffered suspected minor injuries as a result of the crash.
DUI Crash
PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP— On October 11, 2024, a crash occurred near 2153 Island Road involving Samuel Snyder, 23, of Avis. Snyder was traveling northbound in the 2100 block of Island Road when, according to his statement, moisture on his windshield impaired his visibility, causing him to veer into the southbound lane and then off the road via the west berm. Snyder’s vehicle struck a tree head-on, and the rear of his Toyota Tacoma struck a porch pillar attached to a house. Snyder was not injured, but his truck sustained disabling damage. He is currently under investigation for driving under the influence of alcohol.

PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP— On October 11, 2025, at 4:21 p.m., a crash occurred on Woodward Avenue as Erika Confer, 50, of Lock Haven, was traveling westbound and stopped in the turning lane at Carl Kephart Boulevard. Confer then proceeded to make a left turn across the eastbound lanes, failing to see Nicole Mahosky, 42, of Jersey Shore, who was traveling eastbound on Woodward Avenue. Mahosky was unable to stop in time and struck the front passenger side of Confer’s vehicle. Both vehicles came to rest on the roadway. No injuries were reported.
Drug Possession
FLEMINGTON BOROUGH— On October 10, 2025, at 9:45 p.m., PSP Lamar was notified of a suspicious male walking on Hogan Boulevard. Upon making contact, troopers identified the individual as a 36-year-old from Cambria Heights, N.Y. During the interaction, the man produced a vaping device containing THC from his pocket. Charges were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-01.
Terroristic Threats
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On October 8, 2025, at 8:55 a.m., an incident occurred at Central Mountain High School, 64 Keystone Central Drive, between two students. Appropriate charges were prepared according to the report issued by PSP Lamar.
Theft/Disposition of Funds
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On October 8, 2025, at 1:15 p.m., $400.00 was stolen from a victim’s account in the area of Sagamore Drive. No further information was provided in the report issued by PSP.
Motor Vehicle Crash – Work Zone
WAYNE TOWNSHIP— On October 7, 2025, at approximately 7:55 a.m., a crash occurred as Elizabeth Nace, 37, of Jersey Shore, was stopped at a posted yield sign waiting to merge onto SR-220 South. While Nace was stationary, a 16-year-old male driver failed to stop and rear-ended her vehicle, causing disabling damage to the front of his vehicle and damage to the rear of Nace’s vehicle. No injuries were reported, and both vehicles were towed from the scene.
Drug Possession
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On October 6, 2025, at approximately 12:16 p.m., PSP Lamar was dispatched to Central Mountain High School for a report of a drug possession on school grounds. Charges are pending.
Harassment w/Physical Contact
PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP— On October 6, 2025, at 11:38 a.m., Lock Haven Police responded to a minor disturbance between two adults—a 28-year-old male from Williamsport and a 34-year-old female from Lock Haven—inside the Sunoco Gas Station on Woodward Avenue in Avis. Following the incident, one individual was cited for Harassment through Magisterial District Court 25-3-01.
Retail Theft/Shoplifting
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On October 5, 2025, PSP Lamar Troopers responded to a report of theft at the Kwik Fill Red Apple located at 165 Hogan Boulevard. It was determined that a Monster Energy drink had been stolen. The suspect, Christopher Goodall, 36, of Cambria Heights, N.Y., was identified, and charges were filed. The case is awaiting court proceedings.
Motor Vehicle Crash
BEECH CREEK TOWNSHIP— On October 4, 2025, a crash occurred in the 1800 block of Eagle Valley Road when Ariana Morris, 20, of Mill Hall, was traveling northbound and struck a deer that entered the roadway. Morris’s vehicle came to a stop in the right travel lane several hundred feet beyond the point of impact. No injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
Retail Theft/Shoplifting
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On October 4, 2025, at approximately 2:30 p.m., PSP Lamar received a report of multiple retail thefts that occurred between August 22 and September 29, 2025, at Lowe’s, located at 284 Hogan Boulevard. The total value of the stolen merchandise was $498.50. Charges are pending against Bradley Sellinger, 32, of Lock Haven, in connection with these thefts.
Harassment
LAMAR TOWNSHIP— On October 4, 2025, at 12:15 a.m., PSP Troopers investigated a domestic incident that occurred on Fairground Road. Physical contact did reportedly occur, and charges were filed against a 35-year-old female from Lock Haven through Magisterial District Court 25-3-02.
Open Lewdness
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On October 2, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., PSP Lamar responded to investigate a report of a male who urinated on the public sidewalk in front of Little Caesars Pizza, located in the Millbrook Plaza. The male was no longer on the scene upon police arrival. The investigation remains open pending review of security camera footage.
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On October 2, 2025, at 1:36 p.m., an incident involving vaping occurred at Central Mountain High School. According to the report issued by PSP Lamar, the vape tested positive for THC. Charges were filed for a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia through the Clinton County Juvenile Probation office against a minor female student
Trespassing
LAMAR TOWNSHIP— On September 27, 2025, a fight occurred between multiple individuals at the Clinton County Fairgrounds, located at 98 Racetrack Road. Appropriate charges were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-02.
Commercial Burglary
PORTER TOWNSHIP— On September 23, 2025, at approximately 6:43 a.m., PSP Lamar responded to Steven K. Bierly Trucking on Nittany Valley Drive for a burglary that had occurred sometime overnight. An actor forced their way through a door and stole $3,229.73. This investigation is still underway.
Retail Theft/Shoplifting
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On September 22, 2025, at 5:22 a.m., PSP Lamar was dispatched to Walmart in Mill Hall for a reported retail theft. Investigation revealed that between July 28 and September 22, 2025, a 39-year-old female from Lock Haven altered price tags on multiple items, resulting in a total of 13 thefts. No further information was provided in the report released by PSP.
