Juvenile Charged with Simple Assault and Harassment 

The Renovo Police Department has charged a 12-year-old male from Renovo with Simple Assault and Harassment stemming from an incident that occurred at a residence in Renovo during the afternoon of September 29, 2025. The juvenile is alleged to have assaulted another person, which caused injury. As a result, the juvenile has been charged through the Clinton County Juvenile Court.

Dog Law Violation 

The Renovo Police Department has charged 40-year-old Denise Taylor of Renovo with multiple dog law violations, including failure to license her dog and failure to have the required rabies vaccination. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on the afternoon of September 27, 2025, on Huron Avenue, when police were called after Taylor’s dog bit a juvenile. The investigation revealed violations of the Pennsylvania Dog Law. Taylor has been charged by summons through Magisterial District Court 25-3-03.

Burglary and Four Additional Charges

The Renovo Police Department has charged 44-year-old Mandy Anderson in connection with multiple crimes that occurred between May 29 and September 4, 2025. Anderson is accused of burglarizing an apartment at 300 Huron Avenue in Renovo, where she allegedly stole a credit card. Police say she then made 18 unauthorized transactions at various locations throughout Clinton County, stealing over $3,400 in cash and associated fees.

 

On October 6, 2025, Magisterial District Judge Mills issued an arrest warrant for Anderson, who now faces a total of 71 felony charges. These include one count of Burglary, 18 counts of Theft by Unlawful Taking, 18 counts of Receiving Stolen Property, 18 counts of Access Device Fraud, and 16 counts of Identity Theft.

 

As of October 10, 2025, Anderson remains at large, and an active warrant has been issued for her arrest. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact Renovo Police at 570-923-2102, the dispatch center at 570-923-2268, or submit a tip through the Renovo PD CrimeWatch website.

Simple Assault/Harassment

The Renovo Police Department has arrested 34-year-old Dana Ross of Renovo on charges of Simple Assault and Harassment. The charges stem from a dispute that occurred on October 12, 2025, at approximately 2:30 p.m. on 7th Street, where Ross allegedly punched, bit, and inflicted multiple visible injuries on another individual during a dispute. Ross was transported to the Clinton County Correctional Facility, arraigned by District Judge Frank Mills, and released on $15,000 unsecured bail.
