Retail Theft/Shoplifting
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On September 22, 2025, at approximately 7:00 p.m., PSP Lamar was dispatched to Walmart in Mill Hall for a report of retail theft. An 18-year-old man from Baltimore, MD, was taken into custody, processed, and released with charges after allegedly stealing general merchandise valued at $138.32.
Drug Sale/Possession with Intent to Distribute
PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP— On September 22, 2025, at approximately 10:30 a.m., State Parole discovered drugs and drug paraphernalia in the area of Delaware Avenue in Pine Creek Township, according to a report issued by PSP Lamar. Consequently, charges were reportedly filed against Charles Brennan, 63, of Jersey Shore, through Magisterial District Court 25-3-01.
Criminal Mischief
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP—On September 22, 2025, PSP Lamar investigated a criminal mischief incident involving damage and/or tampering to a landscaped area on Sugar Run Road. The dispute appears to have arisen due to disagreement between neighbors regarding ownership of the property where the landscaping is located. The investigation is ongoing, pending the review of land surveys and/or deeds to determine property ownership or right-of-way usage.
Motor Vehicle Accident
WAYNE TOWNSHIP—On September 21, 2025, at 8:42 p.m., a crash occurred involving Whitny Fowler, 39, of Williamsport. Fowler was traveling north on McElhattan Drive when the vehicle left the east side of the roadway and struck a concrete curb with the front passenger-side tire, resulting in disabling damage to the vehicle. No injuries were reported.
Motor Vehicle Accident
GREENE TOWNSHIP— On September 21, 2025, at 7:33 p.m., a crash occurred on I-80 West near mile marker 192.1. An unidentified driver (Unit 2) was traveling westbound in the left lane, while another vehicle (Unit 1) was traveling westbound in the right lane. Unit 1 began to merge into the left lane, and the front driver’s side quarter panel (11 o’clock position) of Unit 1 struck the rear passenger side quarter panel (5 o’clock position) of Unit 2. Both vehicles pulled over to the right shoulder of the road and came to a complete stop facing west. No injuries were reported.
DUI
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On September 20, 2025, at approximately 2:02 a.m., PSP Lamar initiated a traffic stop on a blue 2007 Dodge Ram on SR-220 South at mile marker 109 for traffic violations. Upon investigation, it was discovered that the driver, identified as a 31-year-old man from Beech Creek, had been consuming alcoholic beverages and was arrested for driving under the influence.
DUI
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On September 20, 2025, at 12:38 a.m., a traffic stop was conducted in the 2200 Block of Eagle Valley Road on a red 2022 Chevrolet Trail Blazer driven by a 48-year-old woman from Blanchard after Troopers allegedly witnessed a traffic violation. The driver was reportedly under the influence of alcohol, and the investigation remains open pending toxicology results.
Motor Vehicle/Commercial Vehicle Accident
GREENE TOWNSHIP— On September 19, 2025, at 5:44 a.m., a crash occurred as Vahob Bobomurodov, 43, of Brooklyn, NY, was traveling eastbound on I-80 at mile marker 186.6. Bobomurodov was following a tractor-trailer that took evasive action to pass a nearly stopped tractor-trailer in the right-hand lane, driven by Patrick Nshimiye, 24, of Antioch, TN. Upon seeing Nshimiye’s vehicle, Bobomurodov attempted to swerve into the left lane to avoid a collision but struck Nshimiye’s vehicle at the 7 o’clock position. After the impact, Nshimiye’s vehicle came to rest in the right-hand travel lane, while Bobomurodov’s vehicle stopped in the left-hand lane. Both lanes were blocked due to the crash. Both drivers were wearing seat belts, and no injuries were reported.
Criminal Trespass
PORTER TOWNSHIP— On September 18, 2025, PSP Lamar Troopers were dispatched in response to a report of a male entering a residence at 6746 Nittany Valley Drive. The incident occurred on September 16, 2025, between 1:00 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. According to the victim, an unknown male, believed to be under the influence, entered the home and repeatedly stated that he needed to speak with her about solar panels before he left the residence. The suspect is described as approximately 5’7” tall, with short brown hair and blue eyes, wearing a white shirt and dark pants. He was reportedly driving an older model Ford Taurus or Mercury Sable. Rape
LAMAR TOWNSHIP— PSP Lamar received a report of rape involving a victim on Bolopue Road that occurred sometime between September 17 and September 18, 2025. This case remains open pending further investigation.
Drug Possession
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On September 15, 2025, at 1:37 p.m., PSP Lamar received a report of drug possession at Central Mountain High School, 64 Keystone Central Drive in Mill Hall. This case remains open pending further investigation.
Hit and Run
SOUTH RENOVO BOROUGH— On September 16, 2026, at approximately 5:11 p.m., PSP Lamar Troopers responded to a hit-and-run incident at 152 Pennsylvania Avenue. Upon arrival, troopers observed a parked vehicle with its driver’s side mirror detached and lying on the curb, along with broken mirror fragments scattered on the roadway next to the vehicle. No other information was left at the scene.
Protection From Abuse (PFA) Violation
PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP— On September 7, 2025, at 10:15 a.m., PSP Lamar Troopers were dispatched to Woodward Avenue for the report of a PFA violation. On scene, an interview was conducted, and it was determined that a violation had occurred. Taylor Hostrander, 31, of Williamsport, was contacted by PSP and met troopers at the Clinton County Correctional Facility to turn herself in. Charges were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-01.
Theft of Items from Motor Vehicle
GREENE TOWNSHIP— On August 18, 2025, at 2:21 a.m., Troopers responded to 3071 E. Valley Road for a report of an unknown actor entering a white 2018 Wells Cargo Inc. commercial job trailer and removing tools. Surveillance footage showed an unidentified individual on the property during two timeframes: from 12:46 a.m. to 12:53 a.m., and again from 2:13 a.m. to 2:21 a.m. During these periods, multiple tools valued at over $1,800 were stolen from the trailer. Theft of Lost/Mislaid Property
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On July 18, 2025, PSP Lamar responded to a report of a stolen wallet. Upon arrival, troopers learned that the suspect, a 41-year-old man from Lock Haven, had fled the scene in a known vehicle. The suspect was later contacted and admitted to taking the wallet. The wallet was recovered, but a sum of cash was missing. The waller and the item inside were returned to the owner, and charges were filed against the suspect through Magisterial District Court 25-3-02.
