KCSD & LHU Parade Cancelled Due to Weather

LOCK HAVEN – The Keystone Central School District & Lock Haven University Parade scheduled for today, Wednesday, September 25, has been cancelled due to the forecast for heavy rain during set-up and the likelihood of showers during the event.

District officials said the decision, while disappointing, was made with safety in mind. “Although we are very disappointed, the safety and well-being of our community remain our top priority,” KCSD shared in its announcement.
