Preliminary Hearing Set for Snyder
Clinton County Court documents show a full preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, July 2 for William “B.J.” Snyder, the Renovo resident charged in the Easter weekend death of his wife Kelley Jo.
In the Clinton County Correctional Facility since his arrest on an abuse of corpse charge in April, Snyder on May 15 had first and third degree murder charges filed against him. The state police affidavit of probable cause alleges Mrs. Snyder had been strangled by her husband.
The July 2 hearing will be held at 8:30 a.m. in the courthouse’s large courtroom, magisterial district judge Frank Mills presiding.
