Renovo Police Department News:

Harassment 

The Renovo Police Department has charged 73-year-old Joseph Tucci with harassment following multiple incidents that took place in July 2025 at 350 Huron Avenue in Renovo. According to video evidence, Tucci was observed repeatedly harassing a victim at that location. A summons has been issued to Tucci through Magisterial District Court 25-3-03.

Woodward Township Police Department News:

Bench Warrant

While responding to an incident at 33 Crist Lane, Woodward Township Police officers found 50-year-old Stacy Fanelle Henry at the residence on September 9, 2025. During their investigation, officers discovered that Henry was wanted on a bench warrant for drug delivery-related charges issued by the Lycoming County courts. Henry was taken into custody and transported to the Clinton County Correctional Facility, where he will remain until he is transported to Lycoming County by deputies from the Lycoming County Sheriff’s Department. All individuals accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Woodward Township Police Arrest Neil Wesley Taylor on Felony Theft Warrant 

On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, the Woodward Township Police Department arrested Neil Wesley Taylor, DOB: 04/14/1954, in connection with an outstanding felony warrant. The warrant, issued by District Judge Kibler on December 14, 2023 (Docket Number: CR295-23, Reference ID: 23-348), charges Taylor with Identity Theft, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Financial Exploitation of an Older Adult, Receiving Stolen Property, and Access Device Fraud.

Taylor is accused of misappropriating a large sum of money from a 96-year-old victim by fraudulently taking out loans in the victim’s name and using the victim’s credit/debit card to make other transactions without permission.

UPDATE:  

On Monday, September 8, 2025, Neil Wesley Taylor was taken into custody by the Howell County Sheriff’s Department in West Plains, Missouri, on the outstanding felony Theft warrant from the Woodward Township Police Department. Taylor is being held at the Howell County Detention Center, pending extradition to Pennsylvania to face charges.
