GREENE TOWNSHIP — On February 25, 2025, at approximately 7:00 a.m., PSP Lamar investigated an attempted unauthorized charge to the business account of Empire Livestock LLC. Through the investigation, it was determined that while the charge attempt was made, it was ultimately declined. The investigation remains ongoing.
CORRECTION: An earlier version of this article incorrectly identified Stephanie Carey as the actor involved. Stephanie Carey is a representative of Empire Livestock LLC and is the victim in this case.

Incidents:
Crash – On April 6, 2025, at approximately 11:45 a.m., there was a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of E. Water Street and N. Grove Street when one vehicle, traveling north on N. Grove Street, and another vehicle traveling east on E. Water Street collided. The vehicle that was traveling on E. Water Street had to be towed from the scene.
Offenses Charged:
Hailey Gillott, 21, from Lock Haven, was arrested for Criminal Conspiracy to commit Defiant Trespass. On March 22, 2025, at approximately 7:00 p.m., Gillott allowed a person who was trespassed from the Lock Haven Gardens onto the property after she had been notified that the person was not allowed there.
Sabrina Mahon, 30, Lock Haven, was arrested for a PFA violation. On March 29, 2025, at approximately 10:00 a.m., Mahon contacted an individual who is listed as a protected party of a Protection from Abuse (PFA) order by email in violation of the order.
A 15-year-old male and an 11-year-old female were arrested for Terroristic Threats, Possessing Instruments of a Crime, and Simple Assault. On March 31, 2025, at approximately 6:30 p.m., the two juveniles approached two other juveniles with “guns”, according to the police report, and then ordered them to put their hands up and threaten to kill them, causing both victims to fear serious bodily injury.
Jeffrey Cartwright, 42, from South Williamsport, was arrested for violation of a PFA. On April 5, 2025, Cartwright made contact with an individual listed as a protected party in a PFA order in violation of the order.

Mill Hall Borough Police Department News Release:
KYLER AVE PARKING
Attention all Central Mountain Middle and Elementary School Parents and Guardians: Mill Hall Borough Council has put into Ordinance and has placed signs reading “NO PARKING or STANDING” on Kyler Avenue, approaching Central Mountain Middle and Elementary Schools.
Mill Hall Police will be issuing traffic citations or parking tickets to any driver who parks or stands on the roadway, impeding the flow of traffic. Drivers are parking in residents’ yards, causing property damage, and residents are having difficulty getting in and out of their own driveways. Police have given numerous verbal warnings to drivers, but this behavior continues. Mill Hall Police encourage parents and guardians to find another location to pick up their children or contact the school for assistance.
