Boalsburg Man Sentenced to State Prison in Statutory Sexual Assault Case

LOCK HAVEN— Colton Clifford Isenberg, 30, of Brush Valley Road in Boalsburg, was sentenced on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, by Clinton County President Judge Craig P. Miller on five felony sex offenses.  

Isenberg was sentenced to a maximum term of 27 years, with parole eligibility after 62 months.  In January, he pled guilty to one count each of Statutory Sexual Assault (F1), Sexual Abuse of Children (F2), Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (F3), Unlawful Contact with a Minor (F1), and Corruption of Minors (F3).  

Isenberg was initially taken into custody on 9 felony counts of Statutory Sexual Assault, 7 felony counts of Child Sexual Abuse Material, 9 counts of felony Unlawful Contact with a Minor, and 9 felony counts of Corruption of Minors. 

On September 12, 2024, police received a complaint from the parents of a child under 16 years of age, alleging that Isenberg had engaged in sexual contact with their child. The investigation revealed that Isenberg had sent nude photos of himself to the minor and had a sexual relationship with them from June to September 2024. 

Isenberg was taken into custody on October 4, 2024. The case was investigated by Mill Hall Borough Police, and charges were filed by Chief Brandon Coleman.
