Drama Dining Discount Returns for Another Year of Community and Celebration
BEECH CREEK – For the third year in a row, Blanchard Church of Christ is excited to bring back the Drama Dining Discount, a beloved tradition that allows theatergoers to enjoy a great meal while supporting local restaurants.
Whether you’re grabbing a bite before or after attending King of Kings, or simply dining out during the week, this special promotion makes it easy to share a meal with family and friends while helping local businesses thrive.
This year, the Drama Dining Discount is partnering with some fantastic restaurants, including Avenue 209, Brothers Pizza in Beech Creek, Dutch Haven, Leo’s Italian & Specialty Foods, and Odd Fellas. All you have to do is show your King of Kings drama ticket at any of these participating locations, and you’ll receive a special discount.
It’s a simple and meaningful way to bring the community together in faith and fellowship while supporting the businesses that serve us year-round.
The dining discount is just one of the many ways Blanchard Church of Christ is celebrating its 29th Annual Theatrical Production, King of Kings. This two-act musical performance brings the Gospel to life through a cast and crew of over 100 members on a completely transformed, multi-level stage. Audiences will experience the powerful story of Jesus Christ’s life, death, and resurrection through drama, narration, biblical prophecies, song and dance, live animals, and more.
A love offering will be taken at each performance, and childcare will be provided. There are six opportunities to experience this incredible production:
Performance Schedule: April 4, 5, 6 & April 11, 12, 13
•Fridays & Saturdays: 7:00 PM (prelude at 6:15 PM)
•Sundays: 3:00 PM Matinee (prelude at 2:15 PM)
How to Reserve Free Tickets: Tickets for King of Kings are completely free, but they do go fast! To reserve your tickets, call the church office at (570) 962-2423 during business hours or you can also reserve them in person at the church lobby on Sunday mornings.
Ticket seats are guaranteed until 6:30 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, and 2:30 PM on Sundays. The prelude, featuring vocal and instrumental performances by church members, begins 45 minutes before each show.
