Lock Haven Police Department News Release:
Incidents:
Burglary – According to Lock Haven Police, a business located in the 200 block of W. Park Street was broken into between November 2 and November 4, 2024.
Crash – On November 19, 2024, at approximately 8:15 a.m., the leaf-collecting truck hit a parked vehicle in the 10 block of E. Church Street, according to police.
Crash – On November 21, 2024, at approximately 8:00 a.m., a vehicle struck a pole in the parking lot of CVS, 311 Bellefonte Avenue in Lock Haven.
Crash – On November 22, 2024, at approximately 11:00 a.m., a vehicle turning off of Susquehanna Avenue onto W. Water Street struck a curb and had to be towed from the scene.
Offenses Charged:
Ruth Keen, 52, Lock Haven, was cited with Criminal Trespass. On October 30, 2024, at 12:08 p.m., Keen entered a residence on Pine Tree Lane after being told by the owner she was not allowed to be there.
Christopher Caris, 43, Lock Haven, was arrested for Indecent Assault. On October 31, 2024, at approximately 8:00 p.m., while at a residence in the 700 block of Bellefonte Avenue, Caris allegedly touched a victim’s private area over her pants without her consent.
Robert McGee, 36, Lock Haven, was cited with Theft of Services. On November 7, 2024, and November 10, 2024, McGee went to The Old Corner, 205 N. Grove Street, and left without paying his bill on both dates.
John Weaver, 45, Lock Haven, was cited with Disorderly Conduct. On November 14, 2024, at approximately 2:00 p.m., Weaver was at Triangle Park and began to yell threatening statements at people passing by.
Angelia Bean-Rogers, 54, Lock Haven, was cited with Harassment. On November 19, 2024, at approximately 12:45 p.m., Bean-Rogers got into a dispute with her neighbor in the 300 block of E. Bald Eagle Street and ended up pulling a victim’s hair hard enough to rip it out, according to police.
Gerrica Robinson, 34, State College, was arrested for a PFA violation. On November 22, 2024, at approximately 8:00 a.m., Robinson attempted to call a protected person in violation of a Protection from Abuse order.
Ashley Ruggiers, 38, of Lock Haven, was arrested for Criminal Trespass. On November 27, 2024, at approximately 5:20 a.m., Ruggiers was found behind the Goodwill Store at the dumpster despite previously receiving a trespass notice from the store.
Charles Monroe, 32, of Lock Haven, was arrested for Strangulation and Simple Assault. On November 27, 2024, at approximately 3:30 p.m., Monroe allegedly picked up his juvenile daughter by the throat, restricting her ability to breathe.
