Former KCSD Employees Plead Guilty; Await Sentencing

LOCK HAVEN – Two former Keystone Central School District Employees pled guilty to sex-related offenses in the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas last week. Dana Ann Kitchen, 36, of Lock Haven pled guilty to one count of Corruption Of Minors and two counts of Unlawful Contact With a Minor, all third degree felonies.  Kitchen engaged in repeated sexually explicit messages, including photographs and videos, with two juvenile males using the application Snapchat in 2023.  During that timeframe, Kitchen was employed by the school district in the food services department.   Brittany Kay Koch, 29, of Beech Creek, also pled guilty to one count of Corruption Of Minors and one count of Unlawful Contact With a Minor, both third degree felonies.  Koch also engaged in sexually explicit Snapchat messaging, including photographs and videos, with a juvenile male in 2023 while she was employed as support staff. Both women await sentencing scheduled for February 2025.  Kitchen faces a maximum of 21 years in prison. Koch faces a maximum of 14 years.  As a result of their guilty pleas, both women will be required to register as Megan’s Law Offenders for a minimum of 25 years.
