PFA Violation
BEECH CREEK TOWNSHIP—On October 26, 2024, PSP Lamar responded to Falls Road for a report of a PFA violation; however, upon investigation, it was determined that the PFA was not violated.
Retail Theft/Shoplifting
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On October 25, 2024, at approximately 4:40 p.m., PSP Lamar investigated a reported retail theft of miscellaneous food items totaling $34.98 at Walmart in Mill Hall. No further information was included in the report.
Found Property/Drugs
BEECH CREEK BOROUGH— On October 25, 2024, at approximately 10:00 a.m., drugs were found in the area near 79 Main Street in Beech Creek, according to PSP Lamar.
Rape
ALLISON TOWNSHIP— PSP Lamar responded with Clinton County Children and Youth Services to an address on the Renovo Road/SR-120 to investigate an incident involving alleged sexual abuse against a minor. According to the report, the incident occurred between June 2008 and October 24, 2024. This investigation is ongoing.
Motor Vehicle Accident
Mill Hall Borough— On October 23, 2024, at 7:58 a.m., a collision occurred involving Thomas Hill, 19, from Mill Hall. According to the report issued by PSP Lamar, Hill was driving east on Eagle Valley Road near Country Club Lane when an unnamed driver in a 2011 Subaru Impreza slowed down and stopped to turn left onto Country Club Lane. Hill was unable to stop in time and collided with the rear of the Subaru. No injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
Harassment w/Physical Contact
RENOVO— On October 22, 2024, at approximately 12:40 p.m., William McDonald, 41, from Renovo, was near the residence at 130 9th Street and started a verbal argument with an 18-year-old male, also from Renovo. During the dispute, McDonald grabbed a shovel he was holding and pushed the young man, causing the shovel handle to strike the victim’s chin. McDonald was charged with harassment through District Court 25-3-03.
Disorderly Conduct
RENOVO— On October 22, 2024, at around 9:17 a.m., the PSP Lamar received a report of an incident involving William McDonald, 41, from Renovo. McDonald was allegedly outside a residence at 130 9th Street, where he became angry and began yelling and swearing. He then got into his vehicle, revved the engine, and peeled out of the driveway, causing a public disturbance. McDonald was subsequently arrested for disorderly conduct by District Court 25-3-03.
Motor Vehicle Accident
Pine Creek Township— On October 20, 2024, at 8:13 p.m., a crash occurred as a trailer being towed by Ryan Rash, 39, from Mill Hall, lost its left rear wheel, causing the Rash to lose control of the Chevrolet Trailblazer he was driving. As a result, he collided with the left guide rail before hitting the right guide rail and eventually came to a stop on the right shoulder. According to the report, the vehicle was traveling at approximately 55 mph in the right lane before it lost control. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
Theft
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On October 19, 2024, at approximately 10:10 p.m., it was reported that an unknown white male was observed walking over to the dumpster area belonging to Weis Market in Mill Hall. The male allegedly grabbed a pallet and placed it into his vehicle.
Theft of Lost/Mislaid Property
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On October 18, 2024, PSP Lamar responded to Hogan Boulevard for a report of Theft of Mislaid Property at a self-checkout amounting to $40. The actor was found, and the money was returned to the owner. This investigation has been closed.
Retail Theft/Shoplifting
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On October 18, 2024, at 1:08 p.m., PSP Lamar arrested a 25-year-old female from Jersey Shore for retail theft of clothing items totaling $48.96 at Walmart in Mill Hall.
Theft of Motor Vehicle
SOUTH RENOVO BOROUGH— PSP Lamar responded to Clinton Avenue for a report of a stolen four-wheeler said to have been taken sometime between July 25 and October 18, 2024, according to the report. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the victim had allowed the suspect to take the four-wheeler to complete repairs, but the victim could not get ahold of the suspect to return it. Contact was made with the suspect, and the four-wheeler was returned. The case has since been closed and deemed unfounded.
Death/Suicide
WAYNE TOWNSHIP— PSP Lamar is investigating the death of a 33-year-old female from Lock Haven that occurred on Pine Loganton Road on October 4, 2024, according to the report.
Indecent Assault
PORTER TOWNSHIP— PSP Lamar and Children and Youth Services responded to a location on Nittany Valley Drive for a report of sexual abuse against a minor that allegedly occurred sometime between August 1 and August 31, 2024. This investigation is ongoing.
Rape
BEECH CREEK TOWNSHIP— PSP Lamar received a Childline report about a sexual assault involving a minor that allegedly occurred at a residence on Eagle Valley Road sometime between May 1, 2023, and June 30, 2023. This investigation is ongoing.
