UNIVERSITY PARK-No. 3/3 Penn State Football received its kick time and television designation for its October 26 road contest at Wisconsin. The Nittany Lions and the Badgers will kick off in Camp Randall Stadium at 7:30 p.m. on October 26, with the game to be televised on NBC.
