Mill Hall Borough Police Department News:

Colton Clifford Isenberg, 35, was arrested and charged with multiple felonies, including 9 counts of Statutory Sexual Assault, 7 counts of Child Pornography, 9 felony counts of Unlawful Contact with a Minor, and 9 felony counts of Corruption of Minors.

The police investigation began after the parents of a child under the age of 16 filed a complaint on September 12, 2024, alleging that Isenberg had inappropriate sexual contact with the child. Police investigation revealed that Isenberg had sent nude photos of himself to the minor and engaged in a sexual relationship with the minor from June 2024 to September 2024.

Isenberg was taken into custody on October 4, 2024, and is currently held at the Clinton County Correctional Facility. He was arraigned by Judge Wright, with bail set at $500,000. His formal arraignment is scheduled for November 19, 2024.

Renovo Police Department News:

On October 10, 2024, Renovo Police issued an update stating that Lock Haven Police officers arrested Felisha Kelley, 30, of Renovo. She was arraigned by District Judge Keith Kibler and taken to the Clinton County Correctional Facility with a bail set at $25,000.

An additional $25,000 bail was set for a separate case involving Kelley with the Renovo Police Department, which stems from September 16, 2024.

The first case against Kelley occurred on August 22, 2024, when she entered an apartment at 428 Erie Avenue without permission and stole copper wiring and piping from a washer and dryer, destroying both machines and causing over $1,000 in damages. As a result, she was charged with Burglary, Criminal Mischief, and Theft of Secondary Metal. Renovo Police held an active felony warrant for Kelley due to this incident and asked that anyone who saw her or knew of her whereabouts call 911 immediately or call the Renovo Police Department or dispatcher with information.

The second case occurred on September 16, 2024, when Kelley evaded arrest by fleeing from an officer who was trying to apprehend her on the felony warrant related to the August 22 incident. During her flight from law enforcement, she unlawfully entered another person’s residence by climbing onto a rooftop and through a window to get away. Kelley was charged with Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Flight to Avoid Apprehension, Trial or Punishment, and Evading Arrest or Detention on Foot. Three of the four charges are felonies, while the latter is a misdemeanor. Renovo Police issued a felony warrant for this incident in addition to the previous charges.

Woodward Township Police Department News:

Hit and Run Accident
On Tuesday, October 1, 2024, Bradley Sellinger, of 13 Crist Lane in Lock Haven, was involved in a hit-and-run incident at the Nittany MinitMart located at 25 Woodward Avenue. Sellinger was reportedly witnessed as he reversed a blue 2012 Ford Fusion into a parked truck on the property. He got out of the car and was seen as he inspected the damage to both vehicles before he returned to the car and drove away without contacting the owner of the vehicle he had backed into.

Upon investigation, police found that the Ford Fusion driven by Sellinger had an expired and suspended registration plate and did not have insurance coverage. Sellinger received citations for Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Driving with a Suspended License Plate, and Driving with an Expired Registration Plate. The owner of the Ford Fusion, Tammy Sellinger, was cited for permitting the car to be driven without insurance, a suspended registration, and an expired registration plate.

Lock Haven Police Department News:
Incidents:
Hit and Run – On September 27, 2024, at 3:30 p.m., a vehicle heading north on S. Jones Street hit a parked car, damaging the rear driver’s side tire of the parked vehicle. The vehicle that caused the damage did not stop or provide any information.

Crash – On October 1, 2024, at 12:15 p.m., a vehicle traveling on W. Bald Eagle Street near E. Park Street struck a parked vehicle. Both vehicles sustained minor damage.

Offenses Charged:
Mapuana Agae-Naipo, 31, Jersey Shore, was cited with an ordinance violation for Public Urination. On October 5, 2024, at approximately 8:00 a.m., Agae-Naipo was seen urinating in a common hallway in an apartment building in the 700 block of E. Bald Eagle Street.

Brandi Peluso, 26, Lock Haven, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance. On October 10, 2024, at approximately 2:40 p.m., Peluso was found to be in possession of methamphetamine while at 14 Commerce Street.

Destini Tressler, 39, Lock Haven, was arrested for theft. On September 30, 2024, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Tressler allegedly took a package from the front of a business located in the 100 block of E. Main Street.

Hailey Hackenberg, 21, and Ashley Ruggiers, 38, both from Lock Haven, were charged with retail theft. On August 17, 2024, Hackenberg and Ruggiers entered the Family Dollar store at 300 Bellefonte Avenue and took several items with the intent of depriving the store of the value of the items, according to LHPD.

Nathan Miller, 48, of Lock Haven, was arrested for Theft. On August 12, 2024, at approximately 3:00 p.m., Miller took a bicycle from 4 N. Henderson Street without the permission of the owner and gave it to someone else.

Chad Chaplain, 48, from Howard, was arrested for DUI. On August 10, 2024, around 6:30 p.m., officers responded to a hit-and-run incident in the 100 block of Irwin Street. The officers located the involved vehicle and Chaplain, who was found to be intoxicated.

A 14-year-old male from Lock Haven was arrested for Burglary, Theft, and Criminal Trespass. On August 1, 2024, the male juvenile broke into a building in the 10 block of Corning Street and stole an ATV.
