Lock Haven Police Department News September 6, 2024:

Incidents:
Theft – Between August 17, 2024, and August 20, 2024, $280 was stolen from a residence in Williamson Heights.

Forgery – Between August 18, 2024, at 11:00 p.m., and August 19, 2024, at 12:00 a.m., two males used two counterfeit $100 bills at 7-Eleven, located at 840 Bellefonte Avenue.

Theft – Between August 16, 2024, and August 20, 2024, an Oculus VR headset and prescription medication were stolen from a residence in the 600 block of W. Water Street.

Theft – Copper wire was stolen from 100 S. Hanna Street over an unknown period of time.

Criminal Mischief – On August 23, 2024, between 3:00 a.m. and 3:20 a.m., someone threw a rock through a window of an apartment at 21 N. Henderson Street.

Theft of a Vehicle – On August 26, 2024, it was reported that a car had been stolen from the 100 block of Bennage Avenue sometime in April 2024.

Crash—On August 27, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., a driver traveling south on Spring Street crashed into a legally parked vehicle in the area of the Geisinger Medical Clinic located at 68 Spring Street. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Hit and Run – Between August 29, 2024, at 9:00 p.m. and August 30, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., a vehicle struck barricades and a “Road Closed” sign at the intersection of E. Water Street and N. Washington Street.

Crash – On August 30, 2024, at 1:54 p.m., a vehicle veered off the roadway and struck a utility pole in the area of the 600 block of E. Park Street. The driver stated that he was reaching for his phone at the time of the crash. The vehicle was towed from the scene, and the driver received medical treatment.

Offenses Charged:
Christopher Santiago, 36, Jersey Shore, was arrested for Theft and Receiving Stolen Property. On July 25, 2024, between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., Santiago stole a bicycle from a residence in the 300 block of E. Bald Eagle Street.

A 14-year-old male from Lock Haven was cited with Retail Theft. On July 30, 2024, at approximately 2:50 p.m., the juvenile entered Freedom Cloudz at 437 Bellefonte Avenue and asked to see a vape from behind the counter. The juvenile then left the business.

Edna Fetter, 65, Lock Haven, was arrested for DUI. On August 11, 2024, at approximately 11:10 p.m., Fetter was seen driving in the area of E. Walnut Street and Hanna Street. Officers made contact with Fetter in the parking lot of 4 N. Henderson Street, and she was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

Ashley Ruggiers, 38, Lock Haven, Destini Tressler, 39, Lock Haven, and Keith Tressler, 43, Lock Haven, were all arrested for Theft and Receiving Stolen Property. On August 17, 2024, between 12:01 a.m. and 6:14 a.m., the three individuals stole items from the Goodwill located at 120 E. Walnut Street. The total amount of the items taken was $459.08.

Kyle Grey, 34, Lock Haven, was cited with Cruelty to Animals. On August 29, 2024, at 2:51 a.m., police say Grey grabbed his dog and threw it face-first into a wall at 11 S. Jones Street.

The Woodward Township Police have outstanding warrants for the following individuals.
