Montoursville took an early lead, scoring four runs in the top of the first inning. Keystone responded quickly in the bottom of the first, narrowing the score to 4-3. By the bottom of the third inning, Keystone had taken the lead, 6-5, with crucial singles from Giovanni Cej and Carter Miller.
