Shoop’s Charcuterie Announces Grand Opening June 28

Shoop’s Charcuterie, located at 334 East Main Street near Canal Park, will be holding their grand  opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, June 28th at 11 am. Owner Ben Shoop and  partner Dakota Neff started their business in August 2023 but officially opened its doors on  March 19th. The grand opening will include free sodas and ice pops and they will have their  regularly offered samples of meats and cheeses. Shoop’s serves up deliciously decorated  charcuterie boards for any size, event and occasion. The shop is open Tuesday through Thursday  from 11-6 pm, Friday and Saturday from 11-7 pm and Sunday 11-4 pm. “We hear people say  things like this is what the community needed; There is nothing else like this around here. It is a  nice healthy option that isn’t salad and that is good to hear,” said Dakota Neff. Come downtown  on Friday, June 28th to support Shoop’s Charcuterie for their grand opening.
