LOCK HAVEN POLICE DEPARTMENT PRESS RELEASE – MAY 7, 2024
Incidents:
Criminal Mischief – Between April 25, 2024, at approximately 6:00 p.m. and April 26, 2024, at approximately 8:30 a.m., a vehicle parked in the 300 block of W. Park Street had two tires damaged.
Theft – On May 4, 2024, two packages were taken from the front of a residence in the 700 block of Bellefonte Avenue.
Offenses Charged:
Payton Wool, 18, Jersey Shore, was arrested for DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and related offenses. On April 25, 2024, at 12:23 a.m., Wool was seen driving in the area of the Lucky 7 Travel Plaza on E. Walnut Street without any headlights. Wool was stopped and upon police investigation, found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. A small bag of marijuana and some drug paraphernalia were also located during the traffic stop.
Conner Engel, 19, Linden, was arrested for Possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On April 25, 2024, at 12:23 a.m., Engel was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped in the area of the Lucky 7 Travel Plaza on E. Walnut Street. During the stop, Engel was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and related drug paraphernalia.
Thomas Miller, 26, Lock Haven, was arrested for Criminal Trespass and Criminal Mischief. On April 26, 2024, at approximately 10:40 a.m., Miller went to a residence in the 300 block of Susquehanna Avenue, kicked in a door, and entered the residence without having permission to do so. When Miller kicked the door, the door was damaged.
Robin Parker, 59, Lock Haven, was cited with Harassment. On April 28, 2024, at 10:57 a.m., during an argument with the victim, Parker shoved the victim and threw him onto the ground outside of 335 Center Street.
Tylar Titus, 35, Lock Haven, was arrested for Terroristic Threats, Resisting Arrest, Defiant Trespass, and Disorderly Conduct. On April 29, 2024, at approximately 11:40 p.m., officers responded to an apartment in the 700 block of E. Bald Eagle Street for a domestic incident. When officers arrived on the scene, Titus refused to leave and threatened the victim. When officers attempted to place Titus in custody, he resisted officers’ efforts, requiring officers to take him to the ground to restrain him.
Mickel Keeler, 44, Jersey Shore, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Harassment, and Public Drunkenness. While at 145 Prospect Street, the City Skate Park, Keeler was visibly intoxicated and got into a physical altercation with the victim, kicking the victim while they were on the ground.
Jake Moyle, 22, Lock Haven, was arrested for Strangulation, Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, and Harassment. On April 30, 2024, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Moyle applied pressure to the victim’s neck, causing her to lose consciousness. While Moyle was doing this, he was threatening to kill the victim.
Jared Bailey, 35, Williamsport, was arrested for a PFA violation. On April 5, 2024, between approximately 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., Bailey messaged a protected party of a PFA.
