LAMAR TOWNSHIP MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO AGGRAVATED INDECENT ASSAULT OF CHILD
LOCK HAVEN – Clinton County District Attorney Dave Strouse announced Tuesday that, Emanuel J. King, 25, of 151 Smith Lane, Lamar Township has entered a guilty plea to second degree felony Aggravated Indecent Assault of a 9-year-old girl. The plea was entered in front of Clinton County Court of Common Pleas Judge Michael F. Salisbury. By entering the plea, King avoids trial that was scheduled for jury selection in May. King will be sentenced after he is evaluated by the Pennsylvania Sexual Offenders Assessment Board to determine if he should be considered a Sexually Violent Predator. The case was investigated and charged by Mill Hall Borough Police Officer Bryan Burger with the assistance of Clinton County Children and Youth Social Services and Clinton County Detectives.
