Retail Theft/Shoplifting

BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – On March 11, 2024, at 5:48 p.m., PSP Lamar responded to Walmart in Mill Hall for a report of retail theft. The accused actor is identified as a 57-year-old female from Avis according to the police report. This investigation is ongoing.

Public Drunkenness

CASTANEA – PSP Lamar was dispatched on March 9, 2024, for an incident involving Public Drunkenness at 3:34 a.m. Jacob Kascsak, 21, of Perkasie, PA, was given a citation for the offense, which was filed through District Court 25-3-01.

DUI

WAYNE TOWNSHIP – On March 9, 2024, a trooper from PSP Lamar observed a disabled motorist alongside SR 220 North near mile marker 114.6. Upon investigation, it was determined that the driver, Dylan Dale, 25, of Linden, was under the influence of alcoholic beverages. Chemical testing was consented to and criminal charges are pending toxicology.

DUI

LOCK HAVEN – At 12:35 a.m. on March 8, 2024, PSP Lamar initiated a traffic stop on North Fairview Street for a traffic violation. Upon investigation, it was determined that the driver, Madison Buxton, 22, of Johnstown, was under the influence of alcoholic beverages. Chemical testing was consented to and criminal charges are pending toxicology reports.

The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office currently holds an active bench warrant for James K. Duffield Jr., 25, for (1 Count) DUI Controlled Substance (M)/Probation Violation.
