Harassment w/Physical Contact
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – PSP Lamar is investigating an alleged incident of harassment involving a 49-year-old female victim from Lock Haven. The incident took place at the Millbrook Plaza on February 17, 2024, at 12:18 a.m. The investigation is ongoing.
DUI
LAMAR – A crash occurred on Nittany Valley Drive in front of Miller’s Gun Shop on February 16, 2024, at 8:07 p.m. The driver of a 2006 Honda Accord left the roadway and struck a privately owned sign, carrying momentum until it came to a final rest in the field off the right side of the roadway. Local residents stopped the driver as they attempted to drive the vehicle, which had sustained disabling damage, out of the field. The driver was taken by ambulance as a precautionary measure due to an altered mental state.
Harassment
PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP – PSP Lamar arrested a 40-year-old female of Lock Haven on February 16, 2024, at 7:16 a.m., for an alleged incident of harassment that took place in Pine Creek. A no-contact order was filed through District Court 25-3-01 as a result of the incident.
Vehicle Crash
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – On February 15, 2024, a crash occurred on the US 220 North on-ramp at Mill Hall Road. Abigail Jerome, 20, of Oakdale, PA was traveling north while negotiating a left curve when her vehicle left the east side of the roadway. The vehicle struck a roadside ditch before overturning onto the driver’s side, causing disabling damage. There were suspected minor injuries reported in the crash and the vehicle was towed from the scene.
Vehicle Crash
GREENE TOWNSHIP – Carlos Gutierrez-Gonzale, 47, of Williamsport was traveling west on E. Valley Road when he lost control of the 2000 Toyota Corolla he was operating due to the roadway being covered in slush on February 13, 2024. The vehicle traveled off the north shoulder of the road and impacted a street sign and fence post before coming to a stop in a culvert. The vehicle sustained minor damage to its front passenger side corner and moderate damage to its left front wheel.
Endangering Welfare of a Child
CASTANEA – PSP Lamar Troopers responded to a residence on East Keller Street in Castanea for an unattended juvenile, age 2, on February 10, 2024, at 6:54 p.m. This investigation is ongoing.
Indecent Contact
WAYNE TOWNSHIP – State Police are investigating a report of indecent contact between a 30-year-old female Corrections Officer from Lock Haven and an inmate at the Clinton County Correctional Facility that took place between September 8, 2023, and February 10, 2024.
Theft/Crime by Deception
FLEMINGTON – Charges were prepared for Joshua Hanley, 39, of Orviston, for using improper Skills machine tickets to obtain money in the amount of $941.00 from the Kingz Mart located at 300 High Street in Flemington on February 1, 2024.
Found Property/Drugs
BEECH CREEK – On December 28, 2023, PSP Lamar responded to a report of drugs that were found on Main Street in Beech Creek. PSP Lamar recovered what they suspect is $25 worth of cocaine in a small plastic bag.
Vehicle Crash
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – On December 28, 2024, a two-vehicle crash took place on Hogan Boulevard in Mill Hall. Donna Bierly, 82, of Jersey Shore and Sheena Myers, 38, of Mill Hall were both traveling north on SR 150. Prior to impact, Myers was stopped at a red light in the center lane of Hogan Boulevard where it intersects with Beau Newton Way. The initial point of impact occurred as Bierly was slowing down behind Myers and inadvertently accelerated, rear-ending Myers. After impact, both vehicles came to a complete stop in an adjacent parking lot, both facing north. Bierly sustained minor injuries and her vehicle sustained disabling damage. She was issued two warnings for PA VC 3361 “Driving Vehicle at a Safe Speed”, and PA VC 3310 “Following Too Closely”. No other injuries were reported in the crash.
Stalking/Harassment
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – State police are investigating a reported harassment that took place at a 46-year-old female’s residence on December 21, 2023. The investigation is ongoing.
Assault with Weapon
ALLISON TOWNSHIP – PSP Lamar responded to a residence on the Renovo Road for a report of a domestic dispute involving a firearm on December 15, 2023. The actor was subsequently taken into custody and committed to the Clinton County Correctional Facility on charges of aggravated assault, discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure, simple assault, and other related charges.
Theft
LEIDY TOWNSHIP – According to a report from PSP Lamar, a Glock 43X was stolen between December 12, 2023, and December 18, 2024. Police say the Glock 43X is valued at $450.00 and was stolen somewhere between Kettle Creek Road in Leidy Township and the Danville Hospital. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact PSP Lamar at 570-726-6000.
Theft by Disposition of Funds
FLEMINGTON – $50,000.00 was reported to be missing from the bank account of a First National Bank customer on December 5, 2023. Through further investigation, police found that the $50,000.00 had been invested into a CD and no crime had occurred.
