Lock Haven Athletics to Host 2024 National Girls & Women in Sports Day Event

LOCK HAVEN– The Lock Haven Department of Athletics will hold its 2024 National Girls and Women in Sport Day celebration on Wednesday, February 7 from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Lock Haven’s annual event will celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day, and will include a variety of mini-sport clinics, a pizza party, recognition at the Bald Eagles women’s basketball game, and more for girls grades K-8.

The event will start at 3:30 p.m. with registration in Lock Haven’s Zimmerli Gymnasium and will conclude at 6:30 p.m. at Thomas Fieldhouse, the site of the Bald Eagles women’s basketball game that day.
