...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM TO 10 PM EST
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8
  inches.

* WHERE...Portions of central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 7 AM to 10 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour
  are most likely during the afternoon into the evening. Mixed
  precipitation should result in reduced snowfall accumulation
  for areas to the southeast of I-81 and I-78.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission strongly encourage motorists to heed all
travel restrictions and delay unnecessary travel as significant
winter weather conditions will make travel very hazardous.
