Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches. * WHERE...Portions of central Pennsylvania. * WHEN...From 7 AM to 10 PM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are most likely during the afternoon into the evening. Mixed precipitation should result in reduced snowfall accumulation for areas to the southeast of I-81 and I-78. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
