Lost/Missing Firearm

LAMAR TOWNSHIP – On December 02, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. PSP Lamar received a report of a lost firearm. The complainant appeared at PSP Lamar to report that he had lost the firearm, described as a Fieldmaster MFG Remington Arms 770 Camo Synthetic Stock with stainless barrel and Bushnell scope while hunting. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Lamar. 

DUI On View Alcohol 

WAYNE TOWNSHIP – On December 04, 2023 at 1:29 a.m. PSP Lamar arrested a 52-year-old female from Jersey Shore for suspicion of DUI after responding to a residence for domestic-related issues. Through their investigation, it was determined that an involved person at the scene was under the influence of alcohol and had operated a vehicle. The arrestee was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and charges are pending blood test results. 

Endangering Welfare of Child

GREENE TOWNSHIP – On December 04, 2023, PSP Lamar responded to a report of an incident that occurred on September 13, 2023, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., involving child endangerment on Pine Loganton Road. The investigation is ongoing. 

Lock Haven City Police Release 12/01/2023

Incidents:

Crash – On November 10, 2023, at 12:27pm, there was a crash at the intersection of W. Bald Eagle St and E. Park St. Unit 1 was travelling south bound on E. Park St, stopped at the stop sign but proceeded through the intersection striking Unit 2, who was travelling east on W. Bald Eagle St. Unit 2 was pushed into Unit 3 who was stopped at the north bound stop sign on E. Park St. All three vehicles were towed from the scene and the driver of Unit 3 was transported to the hospital for treatment.

Crash – On November 16, 2023, at 4:51pm, there was a crash at the intersection of N. Vesper St and E. Church St. Unit 1 was traveling east bound on E. Church St and ran the red light at N. Vesper St, striking Unit 2 and continuing over the sidewalk and into a retaining wall. Both vehicles were towed from the scene and both drivers were transported to the hospital for treatment.

Crash – On November 19, 2023, at 11:48am, there was a crash at the intersection of E. Main St and Jay St. Unit 1 was facing a red light on E. Main St and stated that she was trying to “time the light” and beginning to go into the intersection and was struck by Unit 2 who was traveling north on N Jay St. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Theft – Between November 19, 2023, and November 21, 2023, a wallet was stolen from a vehicle that was parked in the 10 block of Myrtle St.

Crash – On November 21, 2023, at 6:46pm, there was a one vehicle crash on Woods Ave. The vehicle was traveling south bound on Second Ave, stopped at the stop sign and attempted to turn west onto Woods Ave and failed to make the turn and struck a utility pole. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Offenses Charged:

Joshua Grieb, 43, Lock Haven, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. On July 5, 2023, officers responded to the YMCA for an individual they no longer wished to have on the property. Officers spoke with Grieb, who retrieved items from the locker room. After a dispute over a bag, the bag was seized and searched. The bag contained four hypodermic needles, amphetamines, and a powdered combination of fentanyl and heroin.

Christopher Vazquez, 20, Lock Haven was arrested for DUI. On October 14, 2023, Vazquez crashed his vehicle into the Verzion building on Bellefonte Ave. During the crash investigation, Vazquez was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

A 15-year-old female from Williamsport was arrested for Simple Assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct. On October 29, 2023, the 15-year-old female punched a 13-year-old female in the head and neck 16 times and attempted to kick her in the area of S. Jones St at Linden St.

A 15-year-old female from Lock Haven was cited with harassment. On October 31, 2023, the 15-year-old female grabbed a 16-year-old male’s head and hit it off a wall at a residence in the 100 block of Commerce St.

James Tomaini, 55, Lock Haven, and Daniel Vilello, 68, Beech Creek, were both cited with disorderly conduct. On November 2, 2023, Tomaini and Vilello got into a heated argument behind 1 N. Henderson St in which Tomaini attempted to punch Vilello but was restrained by a witness.

Aimee Styers, 56, Blanchard, was cited with an open container ordinance violation. On November 8, 2023, Styers was in the parking lot of the Lucky 7 with an open container of “Spiked” Arnold Palmer.

Jeremy Bean, 34, Lock Haven, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. On November 11, 2023, Bean was arrested on a warrant in the 200 block of S. Jones St. When he was searched, he was found to have methamphetamines on him.

Brooke Shade, 31, Lock Haven, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief. On November 11, 2023, Shade was in an argument with her neighbor in the 700 block of Woods Ave over a property line dispute. Shade yelled at the neighbor, threatening them and then damaged a chainsaw, a trailer and a rain gutter belonging to the neighbor.

A 15-year-old male and a 16-year-old male were both cited with disorderly conduct. On November 15, 2023, the two juvenile males were involved in a mutual fight in the 500 block of Linden St.

Joseph Robison, 43, Lock Haven, was cited with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. On November 19, 2023, Robinson was refused service at the Old Corner due to being intoxicated. Robinson became upset, exited, and slammed both fists on the window of the establishment.

15-year-old female was cited with disorderly conduct. On November 15, 2023, the juvenile female went to a residence in the 300 block of Logan St and hit the windows of the residence with a large stick.
