Lock Haven’s Christmas Tree Lighting set for Sunday

Scott Dodson, manning the decorations, is back for a second year assisting with the Christmas Tree decorations at Triangle Park. Dodson began his volunteer work last year as a senior at Central Mountain High School and is now in his first year at Penn College.

LOCK HAVEN, PA – Sunday at 6 p.m. is the time for Lock Haven’s annual Christmas Tree Lighting at Triangle Park. The tree was erected on Wednesday and decorations are underway.

The hour-long Sunday ceremony will include performances by the talented Millbrook Playhouse Youth Ensemble.

Event sponsor Downtown Lock Haven Inc. has extended a welcome to one and all: “Come enjoy some entertainment, hot cocoa, cookies and more. It’s a time to embrace all the things to be thankful for. Scott Dodson will be the honoree of Lighting the Annual Holiday Tree. This is something you’ll want to see!”

The downtown organization offered a special thank you to the Clinton County Ministerium, The Salvation Army (Lock Haven), Coleman’s Landscape LLC and Millbrook Playhouse for joining in on the fun, and Scott Dodson for choosing to continue his decorations and lights display with the organization.
