Lock Haven man pleads guilty in construction zone crash DUI
LOCK HAVEN, PA – Cy Robert Little, 21, of Willards Ally, Lock Haven, entered a guilty plea on Tuesday before Clinton County Judge Michael F. Salisbury to one count of aggravated assault by motor vehicle while DUI and one count of DUI.
Little was arrested on April 18 by Lamar state police after a car operated by Little drove through a red light in Woodward Township at the Veterans Bridge construction project and then traveled into a construction zone where it struck a construction worker. The worker suffered serious injuries and was taken by helicopter to UPMC Williamsport’s trauma center.
Little is alleged to have been visibly under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident, and was taken for blood testing prior to being arrested by Trooper Luke Fusco. Little was charged with aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, aggravated assault by vehicle, DUI by a minor less than 21, and various traffic violations associated with the crash.
Little is scheduled for sentencing in November and faces up to 10-and-a-half years in prison.
