Lock Haven Halloween Parade draws the area’s most ghoulish
LOCK HAVEN, PA – It would not be Halloween without the Lock Haven Fire Department’s annual Halloween Parade and Saturday’s event brought out some of the area’s creepiest.
New this year, the parade ended at Triangle Park where ghouls, goblins and clowns joined the community for contests and fun.
The city fire department event afterwards announced the parade’s winning entries:
