Lock Haven Halloween Parade draws the area’s most ghoulish

Psycho Circus was acclaimed the Best Overall Entry

LOCK HAVEN, PA – It would not be Halloween without the Lock Haven Fire Department’s annual Halloween Parade and Saturday’s event brought out some of the area’s creepiest.

New this year, the parade ended at Triangle Park where ghouls, goblins and clowns joined the community for contests and fun.

The city fire department event afterwards announced the parade’s winning entries:

Best Overall Entry: Psycho Circus – Charles, Dillon, and Willow Eichenlaub, Misty Tressler, and Landree and Hudson Parker

Best Float: RTG Solutions – Robbie, Leah, Sarah, and Mallory Getz and friends and family

 

Best Halloween Themed Group: Shrek – Dan, Nicole, and Sarah Kunes, Michael and Lelynd Kile, Hunter Merrill, Brittany and Becca Mitch, Morgan and Nate Bechdel

Best Halloween Themed Vehicle: Model T – Bob and Jane Roller

Funniest: Mop and Bucket – Stephanie and Quentin Gallagher

Cutest: Beauty and the Beast – Doug, Brittany, Collins and Blakely Saville

Best Costumed Pet: Clowns and Dogs – Kathy Moriarity, Audrey Flick, Teagan O’Donald, and Kayla Louise

The Central Mountain Marching Wildcat Band was part of the parade fun

Best Child in a Wagon Buggy or Stroller: Lions Cage Circus – Emerson, Elliott, Leah and Tracy Dickey, and Avery Day

Best Duo: Jack Skellington – Norah Lingle and Hunter Strunk

Best Pop Culture: Grue and Minions – Willa and Liz Ulmer, Lexi Johnson, Brett Arnold and Brady Reese
