Mill Hall police arrest Lock Haven woman on bilking elderly client charges
MILL HALL, PA – Mill Hall police say they have arrested a Lock Haven woman on charges of using an elderly person’s credit card for herself.
Police said Shannon M. Schenck was arrested on five felony counts of financial exploitation of an older adult or care-dependent person and access device fraud. Police allege Schenck was working as a care provider when she used the elderly victim’s credit card to pay her own PPL bill and made personal purchases totaling in $2,212.33 in September.
Schenck was taken into custody and transported to Clinton County Correctional Facility for processing. The charges where filed in District Court 25-3-02,
