Plessinger named new Clinton County Emergency Services Director

LOCK HAVEN, PA – The Clinton County Commissioners on Thursday named Jon Plessinger as the county’s new Emergency Services Director. Plessinger had been named interim director in August following Andrew Kremser’s resignation in mid-August.

Plessinger previously had served as 911 CAD Supervisor/Risk Management Coordinator in the county’s emergency services office. His pay in his new position was set at $62,635, the present starting pay for that job slot.

County board chairman Miles Kessinger congratulated Plessinger on his new position.

Kremser had been named the county’s emergency services director three years ago, his starting salary set at $60,000 at the time.
